TERMS

RESALE LICENSE
You must have a valid state-issued resale license in an apparel-related industry in order to purchase wholesale from SUZY BLACK. You must provide a signed resale certificate prior to your first order. If you are based in a state with no sales tax, a business license can meet this requirement.

ORDERS

  • •  Orders should be submitted via email to info@thenewsuzy.com .

  • •  There is no minimum assortment required.

  • •  A minimum order of $500 per style is required on all initial orders. No minimum required for re-orders.

  • •  %50 deposit is due upon confirmation of order, balance must be paid in full before order is shipped.

    CHANGES TO ORDERS
    Any changes or cancellations to orders must be emailed to info@thenewsuzy.com within 48 hours.

    METHOD OF PAYMENT

  • •  Payments are accepted via Cash, Wire Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Square, Stripe, Paypal, Cashier's Check or Money Order. An additional %3

    processing charge will be added to all forms of payment except cash or check

  • •  There will be a $50.00 handling charge on all returned checks

    DELIVERY & SHIPPING

    Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.

    NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS
    All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.

    DAMAGES & DEFECTS
    Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact SUZY BLACK at info@thenewsuzy.com within 5 business days of receipt of damaged or defective shipment. Defective merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES
    Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We may only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.

    • •  All re-cuts have a 6 weeks production lead time. This may vary based on order size.
